MATTHEW 28: 18-20
The Great Commission:
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Parkview Baptist Church strives to be obedient to Jesus’ command. We participate in missions in our county, state, nation and other countries of the world. Our church supports missions through prayers, financial giving and physical hands on service.
SOME OPPORTUNTIES FOR MISSIONS:
- Backpack Blessings – Food for school age children on weekends and summer break.
- Annie Armstrong Easter Offering– Money for North American missions.
- Hope Mission – Providing, preparing and serving food to people of our community.
- Operation Christmas Child – Providing a shoebox of gifts for children to be distributed by Samaritan’s purse.
- Project Christmas Cheer– Providing gifts for children of Carteret County.
- Lottie Moon Christmas Offering – Money for International Missions.

- Thanksgiving offering for NC Baptist Children’s Home – Providing financial support for children who have no parents in the home.
- Community Thanksgiving Dinner – Providing a meal for anyone in the community in a fellowship setting.
- Monthly Financial Support in and out of our country.
